RETURNS & CLAIMS
  • We want you to be thrilled with your Savor purchase. Therefore, unused, re-sellable items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of product purchase price.
  • Note that the original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded, and the return shipping price will be deducted from the amount refunded, unless you opted in for free returns with our partner, Redo, at time of purchase.
  • If a product is damaged in transit, we will accept return with proof of damage within 30 days and will refund with shipping.
  • Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. 
  • Unfortunately, personalized products are custom-made, so they are not returnable. Please check orders carefully for typos, etc.
  • If you have an issue within a year after your order has been placed, we will send you a replacement free of charge with proof of damage/defect.
