How long does standard shipping take?

Standard orders ship from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. 

Do you offer expedited or rush shipping?

Yes. Rush options and express shipping are often available. Email customerhappiness@savor.us and our team will do their best to accommodate.

Do you ship internationally?

Through Zonos, you can see the actual shipping fees, taxes & tariffs to ship internationally when you check out. We subsidize this shipping considerably, but we recognize that it is still, unfortunately, expensive. Because of Brexit regulations in the UK, your shipment must be over £135. If you are concerned about your country not being covered, please reach out to us at customerhappiness@savor.us.

Is shipping free?

We offer free shipping on orders over $125. 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Unused, resellable items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product purchase price. Note that original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless you opted into free returns with Redo at checkout. What if my item arrives damaged?

If a product is damaged in transit, Savor will accept a return with proof of damage within 30 days and will refund including shipping. If your product is damaged, please report it to us using this link.

What is your warranty policy?

Savor offers a one year warranty, meaning if a defect or damage issue arises within a year of your order, we'll send a replacement free of charge with proof of the damage.

Can I return a personalized item?

Unfortunately, personalized products are custom-made and cannot be returned. Please review your order carefully for any typos or errors before submitting.

What are Savor products made from?

All Savor products use custom-dyed book cloth on exterior surfaces and acid-free paper for interiors. 

Is the paper really acid-free?

Yes. We use the same archival-grade, acid-free paper standard used by museums and art conservators. This prevents yellowing and brittleness over time, keeping your documents and keepsakes protected for decades.

What are the dimensions of The Folio™ Document Organizer? 

The Folio™ Document Organizer measures 11.1" W × 2" D × 12.88" H and weighs approximately 2.01 lbs. It's designed to hold standard 8½" × 11" documents across its three vertical and three horizontal envelopes. It also contains four half-sized envelopes for smaller items, measuring 5½" × 8½”. 

What are the dimensions of the Desk Vault Organizer?

The Desk Vault Organizer measures 10.02" W × 5" D × 12.88" H and weighs approximately 3.7 lbs. It's built to keep desks, important papers, or keepsakes organized with ample storage for files, documents, and everyday essentials.

PERSONALIZATION

What personalization options are available?

We offer debossing on the Folio Document Organizer™, and heat transfer vinyl is available on other select keepsake boxes.  Personalization options will appear on the right side of your screen just above the “Add to Cart” button. 

How long does personalization take?

Personalized orders take approximately 4–6 business days to complete before shipping. Note that expedited shipping does not shorten personalization time — it only speeds up transit once the order leaves the studio.

Can I rush a personalized order?

Rush personalization is available on a case-by-case basis by contacting customerhappiness@savor.us directly. Standard expedited shipping options do not affect personalization turnaround time.

Can products be personalized as gifts?

Yes. Personalization is a popular gifting option at Savor. Debossing is available on the Folio™, and heat transfer vinyl is available on other select keepsake boxes. 

FIREPROOF RATING

Are Savor products fireproof or waterproof?

Savor products are not rated fireproof or waterproof; they are designed as beautiful, durable organizational systems built from acid-free, BPA-free, and lignin-free materials. For fire protection of critical documents, we recommend storing copies in a separate fireproof safe.

GIFT WRAPPING

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. Gift wrapping is available as a $15 add-on and includes gloss-white thick wrapping paper sealed with a blue grosgrain ribbon, plus a hand-written note. Gift-wrapped orders ship within 2–4 business days (adding 1–2 days to the standard processing time).

FOLIO VS. VAULT

What's the difference between The Folio™ and the Desk Vault Organizer?

The Folio™ ($49) is an accordion-style file binder with envelopes designed for flat documents like passports, estate plans, insurance records, and financial papers. The Desk Vault ($65) is a box-style all-in-one organizer with drawers, caddies, and file folders that holds both documents and physical objects like keys, office supplies, and keepsakes.

Can I use the Folio and the Vault together?

Absolutely. Savor even sells them as a bundle. The Folio handles important documents you need to file and retrieve quickly, while the Vault keeps your everyday mix of papers and objects organized in one stylish place.

What should I put in The Folio® In Case I Go Missing Binder?

The binder is designed to hold personal identification details and key information your loved ones or authorities would need, including medical professionals, allergies, power of attorney, passwords, fingerprints, and emergency contacts. The included hand-illustrated labels guide you through exactly what to gather and where to file it.

What's the difference between the In Case I Go Missing Binder and the Family Emergency Binder?

The In Case I Go Missing Binder is focused on a single individual, capturing the personal stats, legal documents, and identifying details that loved ones or authorities would need if something happened to you. The Family Emergency Binder is designed to cover the full household, organizing critical documents, medical records, insurance, and emergency contacts for every family member in one place.

CORPORATE ORDERS

Do you offer corporate or bulk ordering?

Yes, Savor has a full custom and corporate gifting program with products suited for client gifts, employee onboarding, and event welcome packages. The minimum order quantity is 8 pieces for decorated orders (4 for blank goods), with lead times as few as 5 business days after design approval. Can corporate orders be customized with a company logo or branding?

Yes. Fully custom options are available, from colors to box design, and custom branded versions of The Onboarder Vault, The Fan Folio, The Welcome Box, The Collections Box, and The Deluxe Keepsake Box can all be produced.
