Savor items are elegant and really serve my organizational efforts well. I love being able to have them on my office bookcase and blend in beautifully. Additionally, the customer service was immediately responsive and helpful when a shipping issue arose. They checked in multiple times to make sure I did receive the items I wanted and that I was happy with them. Though these items are pricey, I think it's worth it if you'll use them for years and because you'll be supporting a good company.

When I first received my items, they were not the right color. I contacted the company and they responded in 24 hours and shipped me the correct color! The customer service was top notch and the extra folders are exactly what I needed.
