Our birthday survey provides a quick, easy snapshot of your kids' favorites in a given year, from besties to foods to music.  It's a great way to document how your kid changes from year to year, without having a lot of work to do.  As soon as your child can write, we turn it over to them.  While one is included in every edition of The Library, you can always replenish your supply through our free download here.
