I love getting customer complaints.  Because even if you’re hearing from someone that they’re unhappy, I love the direct connection.  I love the chance to make a bad situation better.  (It’s what led to our three-year-warranty, for example.) 

Sure, it’s great to hear the compliments, and I’m so touched when you share them.  But I appreciate the chance to learn from our mistakes. To see what we could be doing that we haven’t done.  It’s a sign of respect to hold us accountable.  And we will never take it for granted that whether it’s good or bad, people are taking the time to respond to us directly.    

It's also where a lot of our best ideas come from.  Again and again you guys had requested black.  It’s exciting for us to be able to meet this request and say, “Hell, yes.  Let’s do it.”  Your wish is our command.
